Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Agent located in El Maadi, Cairo. The Telesales Agent will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting and promoting the company's online English education services, and closing sales. The agent will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, handling customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven experience in telesales or customer service roles
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
• Fluency in English and familiarity with online education platforms is a plus
