Understanding the product and service offered by the company.

Creating weekly sales reports and presenting them to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
-
1+ year of work experience as a Telesales Executive, and Telesales Representative.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Outstanding ability to follow scripts.

Pleasant and customer-oriented individual.

Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.

Ability to solve complex problems promptly.
