Role Summary
We are looking for highly motivated and dynamic Telesales Agent to join our expanding team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and a keen interest in financial markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with prospective and existing clients to promote our trading products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client needs and market trends to recommend suitable trading solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement growth strategies and achieve business goals.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the team.
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 3,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
- Attractive commissions and performance-based bonuses

Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- A solid understanding of financial markets (especially Forex and CFDs) is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus
- Prior experience in a brokerage or financial services environment is highly desirable
- Fluency in English is required
- Proficiency in Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil is a significant advantage
