Golden Bricks Worldwide Real Estate is hiring confident and target-driven Telesales Agents to generate and qualify leads for our off-plan and ready property sales teams. This role is ideal for professionals who are strong on calls, persuasive, and performance-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided leads
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Promote off-plan and ready property projects
• Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups in CRM
• Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets

Requirements

• Proven telesales or call center experience (real estate preferred)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Target-driven and confident on calls
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately
