Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

Salary: Rs. 35,000 – 40,000 per month + Incentives

About the Job

We are hiring Telesales Agents for our US Truck Dispatch campaign in Lahore (night shift).
If you have good English communication skills and enjoy talking to clients, this is an excellent opportunity to start or grow your telesales career with an international company.

Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply — full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US-based clients to promote dispatch services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Record client information, manage follow-ups, and maintain call logs.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service on every call.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication (spoken and listening) — mandatory.
• Confident, motivated, and goal-oriented personality.
• Previous experience in telesales, call center, or BPO is a plus (not required).
• Comfortable working night shift (6 PM – 3 AM) on-site in DHA Phase 6, Lahore.
