Job Title: Client Relations Associate (Telesales) – Interior Design

Location: Trivandrum,Sreekariyam

Role Overview

As a Client Relations Associate, you will be the "voice" of our brand. You aren't just selling a service; you are helping families and professionals realize their dream spaces. Your primary goal is to reach out to interested prospects, build a warm rapport, and guide them toward a design consultation with our experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Consultation Calls: Contacting leads who have expressed interest in home or office renovations.
• Lifestyle Assessment: Asking the right questions to understand a client’s daily life, aesthetic preferences, and "pain points" in their current space.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Representing the company’s luxury/quality standards through a sophisticated and helpful phone presence.
• Appointment Coordination: Managing the calendars of our Interior Designers to ensure seamless hand-offs for site visits.
• Relationship Nurturing: Following up with "dream" clients over weeks or months to stay top-of-mind.

Candidate Profile

• The Sophisticated Communicator: You have a polished, professional, and friendly phone manner.
• The Empathetic Listener: You can "read between the lines" to understand what a client really wants for their home.
• The Detail-Oriented Organizer: You take meticulous notes so the designers know exactly what the client expects before they meet.
• Experience: Previous experience in luxury retail, real estate, hospitality, or interior design is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or degree (a background in Design or Architecture is a significant bonus).
• Fluency in [Insert Language, e.g., English/Hindi/Arabic] with excellent tonality.
• Proven ability to meet targets without sounding "pushy" or aggressive.
• Comfortable using CRM software and WhatsApp Business for client communication.
