Job Description:

Cezcon Solutions LLC, a growing provider of software solutions in the UAE, is looking to hire a Tele calling Sales Executive. We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in software sales. Basic knowledge of CRM applications will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to promote software solutions and generate leads
• Follow up with potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Schedule product demos or meetings for the customers
• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up status
• Coordinate closely with the internal sales and technical teams
• Meet daily/weekly tele calling and lead generation targets

Skills & Experience Required:

• Education: Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in tele calling or tele sales
• Familiarity with software solutions or CRM applications is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and general digital tools
• Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam.
• Nationality: Indians preferred
• Immediate joiners required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly salary: AED 2,500.00 – AED 3,000.00
• Attractive commission structure with uncapped earning potential
