Position: Telesales Executive

Location: Pune

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, presenting our products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
  • Answer questions about the company offerings and handle customer objections effectively.
  • Maintain a database of calls and leads in the CRM.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Build sustainable customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative, tele-caller, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, or regional language).
  • Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software will be an added advantage.
  • High school diploma/Graduate; additional sales training is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
