Telesales Executive

Kuala, India

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to join our admissions and counseling team. The role is similar to that of an Academic Counselor, focusing on connecting with potential students, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward suitable academic programs offered by IPS Global.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls to connect with prospective students.
  • Counsel students on academic programs, admission criteria, and career pathways.
  • Understand the student’s educational background and career goals to recommend suitable courses.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to maximize conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly admission/enrollment targets.
  • Work closely with the academic counseling team to ensure smooth enrollment processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive student experience.
  • Stay updated with academic programs, industry trends, and admission processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Prior experience in telesales, academic counseling, or student admissions is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term student relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
