We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team and support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential client contacts through business directories, online research (Google, LinkedIn, etc.), and other professional databases.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients, contractors, consultants and corporate decision-makers to generate leads and business opportunities.
- Introduce company services, capabilities and value proposition to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified leads through effective research and follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales/business development team.
- Respond to inbound inquiries, provide basic information about services.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and sales conversion targets.
- Maintain records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
- Provide regular reports on call performance, lead status, and conversion rates.
- Develop a strong understanding of the interior fit-out industry to communicate effectively with clients.
- Support the sales team by gathering insights from calls and client feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a telesales executive, telemarketer, or similar sales/customer service role (preferably in interior fit-out, construction, real estate, or related industries).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a confident telephone manner.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi is an advantage).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
