Telesales Executive

Spencer Interiors is a leading interior fit-out and contracting firm delivering premium design and build and turnkey solutions across commercial, retail and hospitality sectors. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team and support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source potential client contacts through business directories, online research (Google, LinkedIn, etc.), and other professional databases.
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients, contractors, consultants and corporate decision-makers to generate leads and business opportunities.
  • Introduce company services, capabilities and value proposition to prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain a database of qualified leads through effective research and follow-ups.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales/business development team.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries, provide basic information about services.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and sales conversion targets.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
  • Provide regular reports on call performance, lead status, and conversion rates.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the interior fit-out industry to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Support the sales team by gathering insights from calls and client feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telesales executive, telemarketer, or similar sales/customer service role (preferably in interior fit-out, construction, real estate, or related industries).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a confident telephone manner.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi is an advantage).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
