Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce freight forwarding services.

Support the sales team in generating leads and fixing appointments.

Maintain accurate customer contact lists and update the CRM.

Assist in preparing quotations with help from the sales/pricing team.

Handle incoming calls and route them to the right departments.

Follow up with clients on quotations, shipments, and documentation.

Learn and develop understanding of freight forwarding (Air/Sea/Land).

Requirements:

1-2 years of tele sales / customer service experience.

Basic knowledge or interest in logistics/freight forwarding.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Enthusiastic, motivated, and target oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
