Telesales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Telesales Executive (Arabic Speaker) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting Odoo ERP solutions, and building strong relationships with prospects over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote Odoo ERP solutions and related services.
  • Identify business needs and explain how Odoo can add value to their operations.
  • Qualify leads, schedule product demos, and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information and sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build strong rapport with decision-makers and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns, inquiries, and leads generated through different channels.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or business development (ERP/Software sales preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP or other ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
