- Customer Engagement: Make outbound calls to potential clients, present products or services, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead Generation & Management: Identify and nurture sales leads, conduct market research, and manage customer databases to track sales activities.
- Customer Service: Address customer queries, handle objections, and provide excellent service to foster customer satisfaction and repeat sales.
- Reporting: Create and update detailed reports on sales activities, call volumes, and customer interactions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's offerings to promote them and guide customers to suitable solutions effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms are crucial.
- Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, including the ability to overcome objections and close sales effectively.
- Customer Focus: A positive, resilient attitude and a strong ability to build rapport with customers.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other sales software.
