Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Tele-Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers over the phone, present our products/services, and drive sales. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a proven ability to meet targets and build rapport with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products and services using prepared scripts.
  • Clearly and confidently explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.
  • Answer questions about products or the company and handle customer objections professionally.
  • Persuade customers to make a purchase by demonstrating how our services meet their needs.
  • Accurately record and update customer information, call details, and sales transactions in the CRM system.
  • Process orders in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Tele-Sales Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent command of English and [mention other languages, e.g., Hindi].
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Patience, resilience, and the ability to handle customer rejection gracefully.
  • Proficiency with basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet).
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
