Key Responsibilities

• Student Engagement: Manage inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and their families using our internal lead database.
• Academic Counselling: Understand students’ academic aspirations and challenges to recommend appropriate programs.
• Program Presentation: Communicate the value of Xylem Learning’s offerings in a consultative and persuasive manner.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong, trust-based relationships with students and parents through personalized support.
• Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment goals.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and conversion data.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, academics, and operations teams to stay aligned with course offerings and promotions.
• Feedback Contribution: Share on-the-ground insights to support improvements in lead generation and student engagement strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory)., Graduation Mandatory
• Experience: 0–2 years in academic counselling, education sales, or student advisory roles preferred.
• Sales Record: Prior experience in meeting or exceeding enrolment targets is an added advantage.
