Telesales Executive

  • Customer Engagement:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to present and promote products/services.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Achievement:
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Handle objections effectively to close sales.
  • Lead Management:
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through active communication.
  • Maintain an updated database of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on company offerings, features, and benefits to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Attend training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,206.01 per month
