RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Handles Leads received through various platforms via phone ,chat or email.

* Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate leads and identify potential customers.

* Support the presales process by understanding customer requirements, conducting needs assessments and

recommending appropriate solutions.

* Provide accurate information about products and services

* Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features

* Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions

* Research required information using available resources

* Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved

* Maintain a record of customer interactions and transactions

* Update customer profiles in internal databases

* Comply with company policies and procedures

* Suggest process improvement to enhance customer

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
