Telesales Executive

This is a core telecalling sales role focused on connecting with customers, promoting MultiBank Group’s investment products and services, and driving sales. No degree is required, making this an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic individuals eager to excel in a high‐energy sales environment within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Contact new and existing customers to discuss their investment needs in stocks, com‐ modities, and forex.

• Present, promote, and sell MultiBank Group’s investment products/services using persuasive arguments tailored to prospective and existing customers.

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals in a high‐energy environment.

• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and rejections professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities using relevant software.

• Continuously learn and adapt to new financial products, market trends, and sales techniques.

• Perform basic mathematical calculations to explain investment options, potential re‐ turns, and financial metrics to clients.
