Telesales Executive

About the Role:

We’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our growing team. Your main focus will be to engage with potential customers over the phone, share information about our products and services, and help guide them through their buying journey. If you enjoy connecting with people and love working in a target-driven environment, this role is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about the company’s products or services.
  • Record client details and maintain updated lead data in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with interested leads and assist in the conversion process.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule callbacks or appointments.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Previous telesales, telemarketing, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a bonus).
  • Friendly, confident, and professional phone manner.
  • Basic computer knowledge and good time management.
  • Goal-oriented attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
