Tele - sales Executive – Wellness Centre

Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic Tele-sales Executive for customer care, follow-ups and renewals for our Wellness Centre. This role is exclusively dedicated to promoting our services. The ideal candidate must possess professional-level English speaking skills with attention to detail ensuring high-quality consultative client engagement purely through phone and digital communication.

Female candidates are preferred for this role, given the personal nature of wellness consultation.

Key Responsibilities

Client Sales & Conversion (B2C)

• High-volume outbound calls to introduce and sell wellness services and packages.
• Handle inbound inquiries from potential clients to understand their personal health needs.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) conversant.

Skills & Competencies

• English Fluency, Tele-sales Track Record, Consultative Selling, Wellness Affinity

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in the UAE on Tele-sales or Telemarketing, specifically in a B2C role (no prior B2B experience required).
• Experience in a relevant industry is a plus (e.g., wellness, fitness, hospitality, or healthcare).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
