Job Description:

The Tele sales agent is responsible for managing key accounts and maintaining strong relationships with clients. They act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring that their needs and requirements are met. The Tele sales agent also seeks opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients. They handle customer inquiries, resolve any issues or complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, they monitor account performance and prepare reports on sales, revenue, and client feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
  • Understand clients' needs and requirements and ensure they are met.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Handle client issues and complaints, finding prompt and efficient solutions.
  • Contact customers to clear their due invoices on time.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver solutions.
  • Prepare reports on sales, revenue, client feedback, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management or customer relations or Tele sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
