About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing sales over the phone. You should be an excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and present company products or services.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable products or solutions.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Executive, Telemarketer, or similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.
  • Fluency in [English/Arabic/other languages] is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
