  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into customers.
  • Maintain follow-up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure conversion.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in CRM or Excel.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective telesales strategies.
  • Collect customer feedback and report to management for product/service improvement.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Executive, Telecaller, or similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus).
  • Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to meet targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Excel / CRM software).
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum: Graduate in any field.
  • Preferred: Experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service (1–3 years).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
