Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Type: Full-time (E-Commerce Division )

Experience: Freshers

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding product details, offers, and order support.

• Handle inbound calls and assist customers with queries, returns, and order tracking.

• Maintain daily call records and follow up with potential leads.

• Update order status and coordinate with the operations & delivery team.

• Promote ongoing sales, discounts, and new arrivals over calls.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving basic issues or escalating when required.

• Support marketing and sales campaigns through telecalling activities.

Skills Needed: • Good communication in Hindi, Gujarati & basic English.

• Confident and polite telephone etiquette.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, online portal handling).

• Active listening and strong follow-up skills.

• Interest in e-commerce and customer service.

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream) Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 (based on interview performance)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
