Telesales Executive

we are leading provider of solar energy solutions, specializing in solar rooftop installations. Our mission is to make renewable energy accessible to homeowners and businesses while contributing to a cleaner environment. We are currently seeking motivated and energetic Tele Caller Executives to join our team and help us reach more customers in the solar energy sector.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers (homeowners, businesses) to promote solar rooftop solutions.
• Explain the benefits of solar energy and answer customer inquiries regarding solar rooftop installation.
• Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team to conduct site visits.
• Educate customers on the cost savings, environmental benefits, and available government schemes for solar energy.
• Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing communication with prospects.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
• Record and update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and help close sales by providing additional information or clarifications.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (experience in the solar industry is a plus but not mandatory).
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive approach to sales.
• Knowledge of solar energy or the willingness to learn about solar rooftop products and services.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• Freshers with an interest in sales and renewable energy are welcome to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
