The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling products/services over the phone by interacting with potential and existing customers. The role focuses on lead conversion, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to promote products/services
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned targets
  • Follow up on leads provided by the company
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM or sales systems
  • Handle customer objections and resolve basic queries
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and work with targets
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹19,186.48 - ₹27,210.45 per month
