Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company products/services
• Generate and qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets
• Follow company scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines
• Coordinate with sales and management teams to improve conversion rates

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Telesales, tele calling, or customer service (preferred)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
