Job Title: Real Estate Tele-sales Executive

Location: Fazalganj, Kanpur
Job-type – Permanent, Work from office

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Lucrative Incentives

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Real Estate Tele-sales Executive to join our growing real estate team at our Fazalganj office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, a confident telephone manner, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to prospective clients generated through online and offline marketing sources.

· Explain real estate projects, property features, pricing, and payment plans clearly to customers.

· Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with potential leads on a regular basis.

· Understand customer requirements and schedule site visits for the sales team.

· Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM or register.

· Build and maintain good relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

· Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve conversion ratios.

Eligibility Criteria:

· Must have strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).

· Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

· Experience in tele-sales, real estate, or tele-calling will be an added advantage (freshers can also apply).

· Ability to handle objections and convince customers confidently.

· Target-driven, disciplined, and willing to learn.
