Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls, develop customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential and existing customers via telephone to promote company products and services.
  • Generate sales leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Intermediate, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Fresh candidates can also be considered.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of Urdu and basic English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per hour
