We are seeking a persuasive, energetic, and bilingual Telesales Executive (Arabic Speaker) to join our dynamic team in the UAE. This hybrid role combines telesales, client engagement, and digital marketing with a strong focus on Arabic-speaking markets. The ideal candidate is fluent in Arabic and English, passionate about sales, and skilled in creating compelling digital content that resonates with regional audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Telesales & Lead Generation

• Make outbound calls to Arabic-speaking prospects to introduce products/services and generate qualified leads.
• Communicate effectively in Arabic and English to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals, and close sales confidently.
• Maintain detailed CRM records of all sales activities and client interactions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and nurture client relationships.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.

Technical Skills

• Social Media Platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter
• SEO: On-page & Off-page Optimization, Keyword Research, Content Strategy
• Digital Advertising: Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, YouTube Ads, Remarketing Campaigns
• CMS Platforms: WordPress and other content management systems
• Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Canva
• Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools
• Photography: Product, Lifestyle, and Interior Photography

Qualifications:

• Minimum basic knowledge of Digital Marketing or Digital Media concepts.
