About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive, confident, and customer-focused Telesales Executive cum Receptionist to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls, manage front-desk operations, and actively engage in telesales activities to generate and convert leads for the company’s property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Telesales & Lead Generation:

• Make outbound calls to potential buyers, tenants, and investors to promote available properties and real estate services.
• Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email to nurture relationships and close deals.
• Maintain and update the CRM with client information and sales progress.
• Schedule property viewings and coordinate with the sales team.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and lead-generation targets.

Reception & Administrative Duties:

• Greet and assist clients and visitors professionally at the front desk.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently.
• Manage appointment schedules and maintain meeting calendars.
• Support the real estate and sales teams with document preparation and filing.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or front desk/reception, preferably in real estate or property services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Valid UAE visa or transferable sponsorship preferred.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
