Telesales Executive (Healthcare Experience preferred )

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing front office operations, supporting patient services, and ensuring smooth communication within the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and callers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
  • Prepare and manage routine administrative documents and reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and accounts, including personal and financial information.
  • Ensure timely filing and retrieval of treatment information.
  • Coordinate communication between patients, families, and the medical team to provide information on services, procedures, and protocols.
  • Maintain professional relationships with physicians, nurses, labs, and other support service providers.
  • Monitor inventory levels, track supplies, and manage deliveries and stock records.
  • Analyze data to anticipate supply needs and optimize inventory processes.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as sorting and distributing mail, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational protocols and standard operating procedures.
  • Support team goals by taking initiative and completing related tasks as required.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
