Telesales Executive (Kannada Speaking)

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. If you are fluent in Kannada, have excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales, this is your chance to grow with a dynamic financial services company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our financial products and services.
  • Explain loan/finance products clearly in Kannada and address customer queries.
  • Generate leads, follow up, and convert prospects into successful sales.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, call details, and sales outcomes in CRM.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or a similar sales role.
  • Fluency in Kannada (mandatory). Knowledge of Hindi/English will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and remain motivated under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
  • Education: Graduate/Diploma preferred.
