Telesales Executive Real Estate

M N R Real Estate is seeking a Female Real Estate Telecaller from the Philippines to join our growing team in Dubai. If you have excellent communication skills and at least 1 year of UAE experience, this is your chance to build your career in a fast-paced and rewarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and showcase property listings
• Understand client needs, budgets, and preferences to qualify leads
• Schedule property viewings and coordinate with the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM
• Provide clients with property information, pricing, and payment plans
• Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and lead generation
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and available properties

Requirements:

• Female candidates only; Fi*lipino nationals preferred
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Minimum 1 year of telecalling or sales experience in the UAE (real estate experience preferred)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Positive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated attitude
