Telesales Executive – Real Estate

Position Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Head Office, Plot# No. 55-A, Sindh Muslim Cooperative Housing Society (SMCHS), Karachi, Pakistan | DANY CRAFT TOWER, V27F+MHP, Magazine Line, Preedy Quarters
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Summary: We are seeking a persuasive and energetic Telesales Executive to engage potential clients over the phone and convert leads into sales. This role is critical for generating qualified prospects, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through proactive outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and promote property sales.
● Follow up on leads, inquiries, and referrals to maximize conversion.
● Maintain accurate call logs, sales records, and client information.
● Provide information on property listings, offers, and investment opportunities.
● Achieve monthly telesales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
● Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and property visits.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
● Minimum 100+ outbound calls daily.
● Lead conversion rate ≥ 10%.
● Monthly sales target achievement ≥ 100%.
● Follow-up compliance rate = 100%.
● Achieve monthly business target of PKR 20 million.

Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
● 1–2 years of telesales/inside sales experience.
● Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
● Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
