Sobha Realty is a leading luxury real estate developer renowned for delivering exceptional quality and world-class living experiences. We are expanding our telesales team and are looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused professionals to join us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 150+ outbound calls per day, ensuring a minimum of 60 connected calls.
  • Engage with local and international clients to promote Sobha Realty’s off-plan projects.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
  • Qualify leads and identify potential buyers for off-plan properties.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
  • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in real estate telesales is required (off-plan experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
  • Flexible to work evenings or extended hours to cater to international clients.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
