Telesales Executive - Tamil

The company provides free shared bachelor accommodation and transportation.

Job Purpose:

• Client acquisition/New Sales - Onboard new Clients through outbound calling; driving sales.
• Client Relationship – Provide support to clients ensuring on time delivery of products.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients for the business by making outbound calls; pitch and sell the BTF services and product lines.
• Forward the interested clients to the respective authority for closing of sales.
• To provide end to end support to clients through the process of order fulfillment and grievance resolution; address and resolve clients distress and issues
• Regularly follow up with prospects and leads through tele-calling for lead conversion
• Successfully convert leads/prospects into customers for the business
• Submit daily report to reporting-in charge on calls made (cold calling, follow-ups)
• Perform other duties as and when assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
