Telesales Executive ( Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telegu )

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Promote and explain company products/services
• Generate leads and close sales to meet monthly targets
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer database
• Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team when required
