Telesales Executive (US Market Experience Required)

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Telesales Executive with strong English communication skills and prior experience working with USA-based clients.

This role is for someone who knows how to handle conversations professionally, build trust quickly, and close deals effectively.

If you have a background in call centers or international sales and understand how to convert leads into customers — this is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound/inbound calls with US-based clients
  • Present services in a clear, confident, and professional manner
  • Understand client needs and respond effectively
  • Build rapport and maintain strong client relationships
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
  • Meet daily/weekly sales targets
  • Maintain records of calls and sales activity

Requirements

  • Strong English communication (spoken & listening)
  • Previous experience in call center / telesales (US market preferred)
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals
  • Confident, persuasive, and professional tone
  • Target-driven mindset
  • Basic computer and CRM handling skills
