Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling:Initiating calls to potential customers to inform them about products or services and generate interest.
  • Inbound Call Handling:Responding to customer queries, questions, and complaints that arise from marketing campaigns or direct responses.
  • Needs Assessment:Asking relevant questions to understand customer needs, problems, and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
  • Sales & Upselling:Persuading customers to purchase products, and suggesting complementary or premium offerings (upselling and cross-selling).
  • Lead Qualification:Identifying prospects who are ready to buy and forwarding them to the field sales team.
  • Record Keeping:Accurately recording and updating customer information, call details, and sales transactions in a database or CRM system.
  • Sales Targets:Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals and quotas.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with customers to foster satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
