Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven female Telesales Executives to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate projects through phone calls, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales leads.
• Explain project details, pricing, and investment opportunities to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Build and maintain a strong client database for follow-ups and future prospects.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for effective lead conversion.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client queries promptly.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female candidates only
• Education: Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (Real estate experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
