Job Responsibilities

• Attending inbounds and Outbounds calls
• should have knowledge of all financial Product i.e. Fixed Deposit, Mutual funds, Bonds ,insurance etc
• Expanding the customer base by up selling & cross selling of product
• Resolving customer complaint quickly & efficiently
• Keeping the customer updated on the latest product in order to increase sales
• Query Handling & Problem solving

Will involve in converting inbound calls into sales
