About the Role

We are a fast-growing real estate seeking a dynamic Telesales Head (Female) to lead our telesales operations. The ideal candidate will drive conversions, manage the team, and ensure high-quality client engagement for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the telesales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop sales scripts, strategies, and lead conversion plans.
• Monitor team performance and optimize sales processes using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams for seamless lead management.
• Handle key client interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and guide telesales executives.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in telesales leadership, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead conversion processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
