Job Details:

Position: Tele Sales Officer (BPO/Contact Center)
Location: Karachi (On-site)
Shift: Rotational

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales: Hunt, identify, and convert high-potential prospects into loyal clients.
Account Management: Retain and expand existing accounts while maximizing profitability.
Pipeline Development: Build and manage a strong sales funnel using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends to offer tailored BPO/contact center solutions.
Target-Driven: Crush monthly/quarterly sales goals with a hunter’s mindset!

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing preferred).
1+ years in sales (BPO/contact center experience is a plus).
Persuasive communicator with strong negotiation skills.
Proficient in CRM software & MS Office (Excel, PPT).
