About the Role
We are a fast-growing software house seeking an experienced and results-driven Cold Calling Expert to join our night shift sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through strategic telephonic outreach, engaging potential clients, and building a strong sales pipeline that contributes directly to company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted cold calling campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Engage with prospects professionally and persuasively to spark interest in our software services.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and prospect status using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and client acquisition.
• Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of proven cold calling experience, preferably in the technology/software industry.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Excellent persuasion, objection handling, and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-performance environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
• Ability to stay motivated and resilient during extended calling sessions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B or B2C sales calling.
• Familiarity with international markets and clients.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
