Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Lead Generation

  • Contact potential or existing customers via phone to present products or services.
  • Understand customer needs, respond to inquiries, and provide appropriate product recommendations.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a high volume of outbound and inbound calls daily.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Follow up on leads and previous customer interactions to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Handle objections, complaints, and queries professionally and efficiently.

3. Target Achievement

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Upsell or cross-sell products/services based on customer needs.
  • Track and report daily sales activities and performance metrics.

4. Database & Reporting

  • Update CRM or call management systems with accurate customer information.
  • Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer feedback.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the Sales Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresher

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
