Tele Sales Executive – Real Estate

Responsibilities:

• Contact existing and potential clients to promote and sell real estate projects across Dubai (off-plan and ready properties).
• Generate qualified leads for the property consultants and outdoor sales team.
• Accurately record and update client information, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Present available projects professionally and provide recommendations based on clients’ needs and preferences.
• Follow up on leads, calls, and messages promptly to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Utilize company-provided sales scripts and strategies to handle client objections effectively.
• Achieve or exceed daily and monthly performance targets, including call volume and sales goals.
• Stay updated with the latest real estate projects, market trends, and developer promotions.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills (English required, Arabic is a plus).
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales abilities.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to follow structured sales scripts and processes.
• High level of self-motivation, confidence, and target-driven mindset.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional customer service and client relationship management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
