We are a recruitment company with operations in Dubai, providing end-to-end hiring solutions across multiple industries. To support our growing business, we are hiring a Telesales Executive tojoin our Tirur office. This role will focus on telesales activities while closely coordinating with the business development team to expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the UAE market to promote recruitment services
- Generate leads through calls, emails, and networking strategies
- Coordinate with the business development team to follow up on leads and close deals
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Understand client requirements and share with the recruitment team for fulfillment
- Prepare call logs, maintain records of client interactions, and update CRM systems
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-ups for the business development team
Requirements:
- Prior experience in telesales, client acquisition, or inside sales (recruitment/HR industry preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with the business development team
- Target-driven, motivated, and organized
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Willingness to work from the Tirur office while supporting UAE operations
