Telesales (Recruitment Agency)

We are a recruitment company with operations in Dubai, providing end-to-end hiring solutions across multiple industries. To support our growing business, we are hiring a Telesales Executive tojoin our Tirur office. This role will focus on telesales activities while closely coordinating with the business development team to expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the UAE market to promote recruitment services
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, and networking strategies
  • Coordinate with the business development team to follow up on leads and close deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Understand client requirements and share with the recruitment team for fulfillment
  • Prepare call logs, maintain records of client interactions, and update CRM systems
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-ups for the business development team

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in telesales, client acquisition, or inside sales (recruitment/HR industry preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the business development team
  • Target-driven, motivated, and organized
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Willingness to work from the Tirur office while supporting UAE operations
