Job Title: Telesales Representative

Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore

Reports To: Business Development Manager

Timings: Mon-Fri (9:00am-6:00pm)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective and existing clients in the UAE market, promoting our accounting and bookkeeping services, and generating quality leads. While the role is based in Pakistan, the representative will be directly catering to UAE-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the UAE to promote CA firm services (accounting, bookkeeping, audit support, VAT compliance, etc.).
  • Handle inbound inquiries, providing clear information about services and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance business opportunities.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM/Excel and provide timely reports.
  • Stay updated on UAE accounting, VAT, and compliance trends to address client queries effectively.
  • Work closely with the business development team to align telesales efforts with company growth objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of telesales, telemarketing, or customer service experience (experience with UAE/Gulf clients is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work with sales targets and thrive in a performance-driven role.
  • Familiarity with accounting or CA firm services will be a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
