Telesales Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for two energetic and results-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing sales team. The successful candidates will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, and promoting our range of financial products and services, including insurance and investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote financial products such as mutual funds, life and general insurance, and investment plans.
  • Present, promote, and sell products or services using persuasive communication and consultative sales techniques.
  • Identify and understand client needs to recommend suitable financial solutions.
  • Manage follow-ups through calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture leads and close sales.
  • Maintain and develop strong customer relationships through consistent and effective communication.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about financial products, market trends, and regulatory compliance requirements.
